Introducing Myself

I am new to the site as of today. My goal is healthy weight loss of two pounds a week, and I have over 100 pounds to lose. I have not used a site before to support my goals so this is a new aspect for me to take. I am interested in keeping track of the food and exercise, checking in, being part of the groups, supporting others in their goals, and being supported in my own goals. :happy:
