I hate this exercise....what's yours?

I've had a trainer for about 2 months and I'm glad I finally got one. I never would've done the exercises he's showing me by myself and I feel challenged when I workout. The one exercise I can't stand and despise is the squat walk. I always start off with a good swear word before I have to do them and feel like an idiot when I am getting up from the floor position. My trainer reassures me in a few months I'll be able to do them and be proud of myself. What is your most hated exercise?

Mine used to be arms; I hated any arm exercises because they were so weak. Now that I have built up strength and some definition, I love them. As I go, I ditch the exercises I don't like and find something else that works the same area. There are so many things to do, that there isn't much you have to hate. :bigsmile:0

Walking lunges...the kind you do as you walk forward, but every time you go forward you lunge...ugh0

Burpees!0

Squat jumps0

Sprint drills.0

Jumping Lunges..
Or Star Jumps.0 -
jumping lunges, agility ladder and anything where my body weight is on my wrists for an extended period of time (like mountain climbers)0
-
Burpees and dumbbell step ups. I'm pretty sure I would also hate jumping lunges but I have never done them because jump and lunge should not be one exercise  Although I'm pretty positive that they are highly effective :ohwell:0

I think I hate tricep cable xtensions. I kinda hate doing bench press but still do it anyways0
-
I don't hate exercise and i love to do exercise daily because its a best activity to maintain health and fitness. I love to do walk daily. This is simple but most effective exercise for everyone.0

Right now I'd happily do anything and everything, even things I normally hate like burpees. Nothing like being sidelined with injury to make you remember how much you love to move.0
-
Lunges of any kind tops my list followed by push ups :explode:0

star jumpers are probably the one exercise I will never volunteer to do- I do some RIDICULOUS workouts- and crazy one leg one arm- upside down sideways stuff.
But I hate star Jumpers.
seriously.

I used to hate burpees too, until I got better at them.
Mine has to be extended monkey crawling.0 -
Tricep push-ups0

Burpee box jump.
Where you do a burpee, jump on a 20 - 30 inch box, hop over to the other side, do a burpee, and repeat.0 -
Dumbbell sidelifts... Don't know why but I don't seem to improve there like with all other exercises in my plan... I hate going back to the baby-weights only for this exercise everytime... :laugh:0

Power Jumps (in Insanity)0

lunges and step ups...I hate them but I still do them.......they are sooo difficult...every tiny thing matters...how far is my supporting leg out from my standing leg...what is the angle..am I pressing too strong or too light on my toes...where is the "bull eye" - the dot on the wall I am looking at to help me with my balance...where are my arms..am I bending my knee enough, is my back straight..is my core switched on? seriously...how can something which looks so simple be sooo difficult?0

Star jumps...every time I do one I wet myself  Funny thing is my physio seems to think I did some in front of him in his office last time I saw him.... strange cause I don't remember peeing in his office.:mad:0

Mine is very simple. Any time i have to use the turbo trainer due to the weather being too bad to cycle outside!
Possibly the most mind numbing part of training I do. Even with decent workout DVDs I just count down the minutes till it is over and i can do something else.0 -
Lunges - the kind where you walk backwards. I'm kind of a klutz, and these require more coordination than I appear to be capable of!0

Sprint-Burpee combo0

Lunges!!!!!!!!!!! Hate them!!!0

If that is your body on your picture then I am in love with your amazing body..
Your legs are niced formed and you have a nice tan but if I were you I would start looking at the small things for eg. your waist and tighs. If you want to know what to do then just go search on the internet*
Stay awesome
