About this 13 minutes. Does anyone know how altitude effects the time? I am at sea level. Just wondering. Guess I could figure it out just by trying. Thanks for the recipe.0

As has already been mentioned above, do NOT eat anything that has been heated up in a ziplock bag. There is some really nasty stuff in plastic (even at room temperature), but it gets far worse as you heat it up. Don't heat up food in ziplock bags, plastic tupperware, styrofoam containers, etc.
On a related note, do NOT cook in non-stick cookware that has ANY scratches, rough spots etc. More and more of the non-stick teflon material will come off in your food, which is also toxic and dangerous.0 -
Personally, I am going with the 'mug' version of the same thing. Safer that way and avoiding the toxic issue.
Just my 2 cents0 -
Great idea. I'm going to try this for breakfast tomorrow0
