Come up with a weekly goal you believe you can achieve within the next 7 days. It can be simple

Mine is to eat at least 3 servings of raw broccoli each day!

    I'm on school break and just back from delicious vacation in sin city so im hoping to hit the gym Monday-Saturday.

    I'm also trying to substitute some coffee with green tea.
