Maybe try a hot cup of tea? That usually curbs my hunger. That, or doing a shot of apple cider vinegar seems to do the trick. Wen you're done with the tea or ACV though, brush your teeth and try to distract yourself. Read a book, play a video game, or maybe just try to fall asleep. Good luck! If you can't bare to go without, have some veggies to tide you over till breakfast and maybe compensate with a slightly larger deficit tomorrow.0

Brush your teeth, that usually stops me from eating when I think I'm hungry of an evening.0

If you gotta... pick a high protein snack.. think about steel cut oats at breakfast.. helps hold you up all the way to bedtime, along withreasonable meals through out the day..0

Just ask yourself this: what's more important- a snack that will satisfy you for a few hours or your healthy weight loss journey and lifestyle? That usually does the trick for me. It helps to keep things in perspective.
Another thing that works is the water flavoring stuff you can buy at Walmart (i.e. "Great Value"). The kind I buy help curb my sweet tooth at night. It has no sugar, fat, or sodium... just 15 calories. I know it doesn't help right now, but it is just an idea for something you may want to pick up for future temptations0 -
