Favorite hot sauce?

So I'm looking to have hot sauce with my 3 egg omelet in the morning with jalapeños. Well I tried red hot and didn't like it.

What is your favorite hot sauce? I need something that spicy and with a kick to it.

What your favorite please share?

    Favorite hot sauce: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/user/HawtSauce09/status :)

I like the Chipotle hot sauce by Tabasco quite a bit. Chipotle peppers are smoked jalapenos, so should go well with what you're having.

On eggs, Cholula all the way.

Sriracha on mostly everything else, followed by Tabasco and/or Frank's.

On eggs? Tapatio. If the supermarket doesn't have it, the Dollar Store usually does. The other hot sauce that's good on eggs is made by Baron's and has Scotch Bonnet peppers. It's made in the US Virgin Islands (I think) but I imagine a good Caribbean store might have it.

Both sauces are flavorful and hot without the heat drowning the taste.

Tabasco brand Chipotle Tabasco is good too. :)

    Franks.

On eggs, I put plenty of butter in the pan with the Franks. Tastes like wings.

    Franks.

LOL that is actually one of my weight loss secrets - make everything taste like wings.

Franks has a Wing sauce that includes fake butter flavor - not as good as mixing with real butter obviously - but when cals are tight it works.

    Fav hot sauce:

Waaaay hotter than sauces like Franks or Sirachi, but the flavor is soooo good. I think it is because they used aged pickled scotch bonnets as the basis.

Unfortunately, Franks variants on their traditional sauce all have too many weird additives for me to contemplate using them. I just get the regular stuff and dress it up as I like.

I love hot sauce...just here to listen to other people's favorites. I've already ordered the 2 I hadn't heard of, to try. I put hot sauce on everything!
  • Sriracha sauce. I love to put it in Pho.

Not much of a hot sauce guy with eggs...I prefer red or green Hatch chile or salsa (preferably Sadie's Salsa)...but as far as hot sauces go, I like Marie Sharp's (Belize Habanero Hot Sauce). I ate that stuff on pretty much everything when I was down there several years ago and always keep a bottle in my fridge now.
