    The first pic is me at about 220 in 2008, the second is down 39 pounds, I'm down 44.5 now but I don't have a recent pic!

    ok so the befores are not very recent but still..i feel it is a drastic change!!


    Heres me in 2008...i have no idea my weight then..i know i was up at around 160ish at my highest..somewhere between that and...my 130 which is my current..

    Can you tell me exactly what you have done to loose your weight? I am the same height, weight, etc and I want to get down to 135. I would appreciate any help!!!

    Here are the "before and after" pics I took recently. I've actually lost a little bit more since then (not quite 10 lbs.). I wore the same outfit to the same event that I did last year and made sure to take similar pics with the same people, LOL. I love looking at these- everyone has done so great!
