Definitely Cholula, my favorite. Tapatio is good too. Siracha I'm kind of on the fence about. I'll add it to foods for the spicy kick, but not sure if I care for the flavor yet.

My favorite is McLard's pepper sauce, but it's local. So far as the best hot sauce you can find anywhere: Lousiana all the way, baby!

If you are lucky enough to live near a pepper palace than all you hot sauce lovers must go! they have hundreds of hot sauces and many to sample! I am not employed by them in any form I just love hot sauce and hot stuff in general and really liked trying all the different kinds. My favorite right now is a chocolate habanero smoky sauce.

    My own homemade.

For commercial, Sriracha, Cholula Chipotle, Pickapeppa. Different sauces work on different foods so I have several that I like and use depending on what I want to heat up.

Tabasco! Some dishes get sriracha, or asian chili garlic sauce.
  • Franks. Or another quality Louisiana style hot sauce that would be appropriate for buffalo wings. When in doubt, Franks.

    Another vote for Franks
  • On of my favourite breakfasts is Scrambled eggs with some crumbled blue cheese thrown in and topped with Franks. Perfection.

Depends on my mood, and what I'm having with my eggs, but I keep Tapatio, Tobasco Milder Jalapeno, Chipotle Tobasco, and Chipotle Cholula on hand.

    Rigger

for little heat but some flavor I use Cholula Sauce. Otherwise I use sriracha to bring some extra heat. I also use franks (but mostly for making Buffalo chicken stuff).

I like Franks. My husband prefers Texas Pete and just recently requested a bottle of Crystal.

We also use Cholula (I use the lime one in my guacamole) and Siracha depending on the dish.

    I like spicy food.

Tabasco... Use it on everything .

Sriracha tends to tag along with my first love often.

Sriracha is my favorite hot sauce.
  • Clint's. I loooooove spicy and for me, the 'hot' version of this is too hot, wait, what? I said too hot?! Anyhow, I get the medium and purchase 8 at a time. Available at Walmart, in the Taco aisle. I really just need to make my own, ya know?

Cheech 's (from Cheech and Chong) Gnarly Garlic Hot Sauce

Takes habanero chiles (the hottest chile pepper in the world) and blends them with fresh carrots, onions, mucho garlic and a splash of lime juice to create a tantalizing, tangy sauce that’s a perfect combo of heat and flavor – perfect too for fish-n-fowl, soups, steaks, splash on salads, in dips and great to zest up Italian or Mexican style cooking. The Cheech Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce in “Waatsappenin.”

    Ingredients:
Fresh Carrots, Habanero Peppers, Onions, Lime Juice, Vinegar, Garlic & Salt.

Any hot sauce containing just 3 ingredients (peppers, vinegar, salt). Anything more gives me issues.

I like Cholula and Louisiana Hot Sauce. For me Tabasco has too much vinegar.

I prefer Pace Medium on omelets, eggs, and breakfast burritos.
