Hello,
I have been using this app for a few weeks and while I have lost weight it always seems to come back. As of this afternoon I have gained back 3 lbs. I started counting everything I taste or eat, in some instances over counting the things I eat ....trying to stay Under 1200 cal. I weigh everything before I eat it but its not working. Do to my recent injury I'm not able to able to work out. Please help,

There is only one kind of math in weight loss.... If you aren't losing (which a few weeks isn't a good determination) then that means you aren't recording food correctly and eating more than you really think you are...
Yes, I know the answer is "No I am not" but trust me.. I was there and I was that argument. A Couple of things I have learned:
1. There is no bad food - eat it
2. No reason for low cal/low fat items
3. No reason to just eat 1200 calories
4. Weigh EVERYTHING with a digital scale in grams. (I even measure my liquid in fluid ounces).
If you choose to stay at 1200 then you need to do some serious weighing to get the most out of that deficit. If you use cups/tbsp etc... it is NOT the same. I can't see your diary so I can't give solid opinions0 -
Have you checked for water weight? I find that is the biggest reason I gain back weight I thought I lost. if this is the case try a diuretic. Just remember you need to replenish what you lose. There will always be a little bit of water weight here and there. But you could be retaining more than you realize.0

I have been drinking 64oz of water per day. I will admit I have a real problem with my sodium intake. I retain water so I'm always thirsty I can early drink up to a gallon of water per day.0

that might be where the weight is coming back from. Don't be too discouraged by it. Water weight effects a lot of women. just keep a 3lb or so varient on yourself and keep at it.0

Do you weigh solids and use measuring cups for liquids?
Do you log consistently?
Can you open your diary? We can't help until we can see what is going on.0 -
Also, you mentioned a few weeks. Some women gain/retain water before their period hits.0

I'm not sure of how to do that0

Also depending on how tall you are 1200 might be a little low especially if you are over compensating for your food intake.
Too few calories can result in your body dropping your metabolism0 -
