Does anyone else have to or like to monitor their Iron levels?
I have to monitor mine because a month ago I was told my body doesn't get rid of Iron my body receives in blood transfusions (Hemotomachrosis)
Just curious to see if anyone else does the same.

Im vegetarian and was never sure if I was getting enough iron, until I started logging on here. Now I see that I am below the level that they recommend almost every day so I take an iron supplement and try to get more iron in with food as well. I dont really monitor it since I am taking the supplement, but I do check to see how my food based iron intake is doing occassionally0
