20lbs lost with pics

ok i want to start off with i never ever thought i would be posting one of these, i look at everyone elses stories and i am inspired every day by all you lovley people, but i was looking through some photos tonight (its 1am right now) and realised how much i have changed since september. ok so the first picture was taken in late august 6 days before me and my fiance split. 
and then this is me 4 weeks after
and then this was taken yesterday night and 20lbs down with about 5 inches lost from the waist and 6 inches from the hips

cut my portion sizes down, and drank lots of water and green tea.. i worked out a little more and simply enjoyed myself, i went out, i went dancing.0
