So I've done this yo-yo dieting for god knows how long, and over the past 2 weeks I have really buckled down and truly become serious about this weight loss, well my problem being I live in a house that forever has junk and chocolate and I have resisted offers for 14 days now.
So I have decided that Sunday is my day of rest with no exercise and I can have a few little naughties through the day aslong as I be honest and record it in my diary, I was so proud of myself the damage I did was 3 chocolate coated cherries and 4 reisens and I was only over by 66 calories, but I drank twice as much water today
