Fitbit issue

So, I woke up this morning and my Fitbit says I have already walked 13,000 steps. Obviously this is not accurate. It is now throwing off everything and MFP and Fitbit related. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

    I've had it do that with floors climed before. But never steps. I'd ask customer service. But it might be something that will correct itself.
  • Are you sure you are in the right time zone and time settings for both MFP and Fitbit?

    I've been using it since August with no issues until today.

    I don't know why, I've used one for years and never seen that. But I think you can go overwrite that time frame with an activity like 'sleeping' and it'll remove the steps and calories, I think.

    I agree with checking it's clock, too. And asking Fitbit support.
