Got my husband a new lense for his camera and flannel pajama pants.

Does yours do any home maintenance? Tools, flashlights, snowblower... could be good.

Certificate to get his car detailed?

Seriously ... one of those little R/C helicopters.

If he's on a computer all day at work, a USB desktop nerf missile launcher ( http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/8a0f/?srp=1 )

My genreal answer to my wife is "Anything and everything from ThinkGeek.com"

    Toys rock.

    Excellent ideas!!!!!!

    ok -

if he likes movies - you can go blu-ray player, and some DVDs, and Apple TV, or a year subscription to Netflix or other service, or a slingbox where he can watch TV on other devices.

you could also go the route of date gifts to the movies - a movie theater gift cert

if he likes sports, logo sweatshirts or tshirts, or hats are good

we know he has the Good Book, but does he like other books? Look into latest fiction or non-fiction releases.

that's all i have off the top of my head

Wow! I thought I was done buying for my husband, but I am definitely getting that for him! Thanks for the idea!

BTW, he bought the RC helicopter for his boss last year and ended up getting one for himself too. He loves that thing. And I love that he loves it, except when he attempts to hover it over the stove when I am cooking.

What is your budget? Give him some gadget, he doesn't have that he might like. Fitbit is good if he is into fitness or try Chromecast. Its only $35 and is good for streaming internet content to TV.

Does he love shoes? I got my hubby shoes one year and he loved it. A pair of nikes in his favorite color and a pair of dress shoes.... Otherwise there is always cologne, watch, clothes... If he likes photography camera or camera lens. Ipad...
