Starting to get Hang of things

I'm fairly new to MyFitnessPal... been doing it a month and have had some rough weeks and i have lost 4 pounds in the month and thats with minimal exersice. i'm starting to get the hang of things. . . and not cheat! . . . . hopefully i will continue to be successful... if i lose 4 pounds a month, by the end of jan i will have lost 12 pounds. . and thats a difference! .. is sooo hard at times. . but good discipline is helping me :-)

    Think about a pound of hamburger or turkey... losing all that meat! Ew!

    Well done, that's a good start. It can take a while to get used to but it does work.

    Stick with it and you will see results.....just be truthful with your food tracking, portions and you will see it fall away! :smile:
