Sweet chilli dipping sauce, soy sauce, garlic, cumin. I also add about a tablespoon of vinegar to almost every dish, usually a pinch of sugar. A stock cube goes a long way to add easy and tasty flavour. Worcestershire sauce jazzes up almost anything.

If I just had to pick one though, I think it would be dark soy sauce.
I couldn't do without my massive selection of things to make food tasty though.

Adobo, sazon, homemade sofrito (cilantro, green bell peppers, sweet chile peppers, garlic, onions), garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, homemade mojito (used for a marinade on most meats or a topping for plantains..it's made of salt, pepper, olive oil, white vinegar and oregano), and bay leaf.

    I'm big on flavor..so good.

The seasoning I use alot is called "Slap Ya Mama." It has salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic in it. A little goes a long way, and there is no MSG in it.

Cinnamon seems to turn random things into deliciousness. Unsweetened applesauce, oatmeal, vegan pancakes, coffee...all better with cinnamon.

Hidden Valley Southwest Chipotle Ranch dressing. A little goes a long way. I put it on my egg tacos at breakfast and occasionally eat with salads, sweet potato fries, or a veggie burger topped with shredded lettuce.

Garlic and onion with almost everything...so glad my husband likes it too ;-) We can share the breath issues. lol

    Pepper, Cinnamon, & Seasoned Salt.

I have a hard time associating condiments and sauces with seasoning. My brain just won't let me do it and include them in this post.

Ginger, and coarse ground black pepper. Absolute neccessities, both.

I love seasonings and spices...have over 60 in my spice rack and growing! The ones I use very often is garlic powder, Italian seasoning and pink Himalayan salt.
