so today i went to the grocery store and there are these sugar cookies that i tend to not be able to resist well today for the first time i read the label and seen the cookies were 210 calories a piece and i put them back:noway: and felt it wasnt worth jepordizing my day for a couple of cookies. this was a big one for me

Yay!!! I had a similar experience at our work Christmas party on Friday night - I did eat one cookie...but I was happy with the fact that last year I would've eaten 4 or 5!!!! Small steps!!!! :-)

I do that all the time. I see something that looks really good and delicious and then I look at the nutrition label and put it right back down. I'd rather have some nutrient filled food instead of all the empty calories.
