    Just amazing, all of you! Now I know how to shave off 10 years as well as lose 30kgs (70lbs) :happy:

    I promise to post my before and afters and I'm off to take a pic in an outfit I can wear each time 'cause I agree totally with the "incredible, shrinking people" comment.
