Honestly, is this considered very heavy?

So I'm a girl (obviously), around 5'7" and I believe I weigh 160 because last time I got weighed it was in clothes and on my period (i get the bloat) and I was 167 so I'm assuming around 160, but I don't weigh regularly because I get uptight about the number.
Anyways, I do NROL and do some cardio (running mostly (only like 20 mins, like 10 min mile, not a very good runner cause I don't like it), but I feel like even though I don't appear large, this is a very heavy weight for my height and most girls my age (18-20) and height weigh like 120 or 130, and my boyfriend who is around 5'10 only weighs around 170 and he would be considered more chubby than I am
So...why am I so heavy...is it really that heavy or am I just being oversensitive, and the loaded question, do I look like I weigh that much?

I'm 5'8 and have been floating between 155- 175 for the last 4-5 years.
body composition matters.
I'm a lot of muscle- not a lot of people miss that. There isa great deal of difference between 165-175 of solid muscle (and muscle fluff obviously) and 165-175 of someone who doesn't work out at all and is ALL fluff.
it's a little heavy- on the heavier side for your frame- I'm definitely packing some extra fluff at the high 160's.. pushing 155 I was getting some abs.
keep working on it- watch the diet- but keep lifting. Don't worry about it too much- lift all the things- don't eat all the things..
go forth- be fabulous.0 -

I'm 5'6" and currently weigh 170lbs I just finished nrol4w and about to start supercharged. I plan on hitting my goal weight in 10-15lbs tops. I want to have muscle, and looked defined not "skinny". And that is my goal going into the new year. I looked at some of your profile pictures, you look great, I would be very happy to look like you in 10lbs. I wouldn't consider you "heavy" at all. I know it's hard but you goals should be your own, try not to compare yourself to others.0

I used to weigh the same as one girl I dated... but her boobs were massive (mine were too.. to be frank :P ) but she looked bangin' in a swimsuit and I, however, would probably just make people X_x
Weight isn't a measurement of anything... proportions and body fat %'s matter more... limb length, where you store your fat, etc. all play a role.0 -
Oversensitive. There are many people on this site who WISH they weighed what you do, and have a long way to go to get there. I'm one of them.0
