    Both my DW and myself have been working hard. We've really been serious since about mid-august. I'm very lucky to have a supportive wife!

    GOODNESS!!! Everyone looks WONDERFUL!!! I was brave enough to put mine up yesterday so i might as well put it here too!!! BTW..this was a great idea! I just finished working out, but it just makes me want to do something else hahaha!! Congrats to everyone!

    I feel you on that. It's taken some years to get to healthy and I wish I had of known about MFP sooner. However, what's important is that you're doing it...I'm doing it and everyone determined and dedicated to living healthy and being fit are doing it! So keep it up...you're an inspiration and you LOOK AMAZING....seeing you at 165..makes me want to push harder to get into the 160s!! :)

    I really needed this....I have 50lbs more to lose and it took me so long to get there that sometimes you can be de-motivated....but looking at these after shots makes me realise that I can also do this......

    Wow! You have done incredibly well and look fantastic! Congratulations! :smile: This has boosted my motivation to carry on and work hard to achieve my goal.

    This message board topic was a great idea, everybody has done so well and it's amazingly inspiring to see the positive effects its had on people...cant wait till I reach my half way mark and post some B&A pics, hopefully it wont take much longer :wink:
