Not a hiatus from fitness, just from MFP, but I've been wanting to come on and chat with everyone again.

My name is Liza. I just turned 40, love weight training and while I don't love running, I force myself to do it by signing up for races so then I have to train.

I'm all about clean eating and being healthy. I live in NY.

Looking forward to connecting with everyone again!
