Tater Tots Nutrition Info Fried vs Baked

Hi all!
Just wondering what everybody does when trying to calculate the nutrition info for a food that can be prepared both by frying and baking-for example tater tots. The nutrition info says 140 cals for 9 but doesn't state if that is when baked in the oven or deep fried. Surely there must be a difference? Any thoughts? Do you always assume it's more if you fry them or that they've put the 'prepared by frying' calculations on the package?

  • I love tots. Just bake them extra crispy and count the cal. on the bag that's what I do. Just don't fry them that a lot of fat.
