edit: eating wasnt all good did have 5 oz tri tip and white rice and macroni salad...stuff I normally do not eat cuz too heavy in stomach but did stay under calories. Im pleased.

I was doing so well until I went to Hawaii the week before Thanksgiving. I have abused food all the way through Christmas. My wife gave me a requested Fitbit for Christmas. It's all interfaced with MFP and running strong. I'm back on the wagon today after going up about 5 lbs during the holidays. I chalked my binge up to experience and have learned that I don't want to waist all my effort the past year. I'm back on it even stronger today.0

I ate 1350 calories. Usually I'm at 1200. I worked sweets and things into my allowance.0

I was struck down with sinusitis, so barely ate a thing yesterday and I know I'd lost some weight from this illness -_- definitely gonna make up for it in the New Year!!0

I was SO SO naughty with my eating on Christmas-- pretty much this week has been a write-off! I'm trying to compensate by more than halving my calories for the rest of the week, but I think I'll be hungry. I guess I should just eat as healthy as I can for the rest of the week and get back on track next week? Can one day throw me off track in terms of weight loss? pointers/tips? I'm stressed out.

VERY naughty. I ate everything in sight and was constantly snacking the entire day on top of the two very large Christmas meals I had. I have no idea how many calories I ate over my usual, but I'm pretty sure it was a LOT. I probably won't weigh myself for at least a week, but at least I'm back on track with logging today! I don't regret yesterday though. It was very enjoyable and yummy0

I quick added 4000 calories in the morning and then went crazy. I regret nothing.0

I was bad with my drinks, lots of egg nogs and juices to mix my alcohol with. Otherwise I only had a few cookies, some trifle, and a piece of cake spread out over the two days as my naughty items.0
