Getting it back after the holidays

Slowing down the overeating is in progress. I have 2 or 3 meals to get through, then back to business. New Years is coming. I do plan on more strength training and maintaining my cardio while improving my form on my bike and making an effort to improve my overall posture.

80 lbs lost! Wow! Congrats! Me too - I feel the same way about holiday eating. I just have to survive New Year's Eve and New Year's Day and I can get back to normal. I teach at a community college and we are closed so access to a gym has been limited. I'm doing my best to maintain.0

Thanks. I didn't even want to kid myself about watching what I eat. It seems everyone is so proud of their cooking and want to give you some (a lot). The biggest problem with all that is everyone IS such a great cook.
The plan is not to go too crazy keep up with some exercise and then hit the gym hard too after the holidays.0
