Need some MFP friends to get me started!

Hi! My name is Lisa. I live in Bucks County, PA. I just started back on MFP today. I tried it before, but never really gave it the effort it deserves. I have been slowly gaining back weight it took me so long to lose a few years ago. I still have about 20/50 pounds off that I lost, so I want to stop this trend before I gain all the weight back. I also want to reverse the trend and start LOSING again. I have not been feeling great having gained the weight back and I want to get back on track and healthy for good this time!
