Any good running stations? Or running music apps to download?

I've been using Nike+ and loved it!

One of my friends told me about jogfm.com. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. You just need to know your mile time.

This podcast is pretty good, generally around 60 minutes at a range of bpm, with a number of fairly aggressive sessions. The one drawback is the descriptions don't give you much detail about the session, so I've ended up on a harder core session that intended once or twice.

  • Google 'songs over 160 bpm', I always get a good variety that way. Hope it helps!
