Any Progress? (pics)

So the first picture is from around August, the other is from a couple days ago. My mom says I look thinner/more in shape, and I have been continuing good eating, and lifting, and began running/other cardio, but I see no difference in general or in picture form, so do you guys see a difference, if so, what? or does it just look like i've maintained which is still good

Definitely looks like you've made some progress, it's not greatly noticeable but it's there! Keep up the great work and I'm sure you'll see bigger results soon. Most people look for physical results but everything you're doing is helping you inside as well. I hope you don't get disheartened by not seeing anything yourself, some people will drop weight quickly and others not so much. Keep working it, you're definitely going in the right direction.
Maybe check that you're eating enough calories, make some slight adjustments to what you're eating It's all trial and error but when you find what works you'll definitely know! I think adding the running in will help if you've been doing the same things since you've started.0 -
There's some obvious tightening in your tummy, your waist is pulled in a bit more, and the top of your thighs are smaller. Differences are there, but they are tougher to see when you look at yourself everyday.0
