Hi everyone I am 22 years old and was diagnosed diabetic about three months ago. I am type two. I really need help to becoming a healthier me. please add especially if you are going through the same experience. Thanks

    Hi! Good luck to you with the new lifestyle changes. I am not diabetic but working at avoiding the predisposition, as it is in rampant among both sides of my family. I will send you some of my favorite recipes! Best of luck!

    You've come to a great place to get support and encouragement. Learn everything you can about diabetes by asking your physician questions, getting a referral to a diabetes educator, and attending diabetes education classes. The more you understand diabetes, the better you'll be able to manage it so you can live a healthy life. ~Lynn /Glucerna

    I would suggest having a look at the research above from Newcastle University. I have successfully reversed my diabetes by losing weight. I was told to stop taking medication a couple of months ago.
