    I love your comment about try harder! That's so true. Everybody can lose weight by eating less and exercising (except for the very few people who may have a medical condition - but that's not the average population of overweight people).

    Thanks brown46545! Re the medical conditions thing, I have two conditions that make it harder to lose weight, one of them treated, the other not, so I know how much harder that can make everything :-)
