proper intakes

Calorie deficit seems to be a healthy number & no problems in that department. But find I'm going over in carb and fat intake for the day. Any suggestions I can do to not be in the red?!

Eat more protein so that you have a better balance. I personally wouldn't worry about going over in the other two, (providing you don't have a medical condition for which you need to reduce fat or carbs) but just make sure you're getting enough protein.0

I didn't think it would be a big deal, but just wanted to make sure. It's usually not over any significant amount on a regular basis either. And no I do not have a medical condition that requires any sort of cutting back.0
