Valentine's Day Challenge

I'm looking for a solid reason to

1) stop making excuses
2) get back on track
3) break through my plateau
4) blast through my first big goal!

Therefore, I've started a six week challenge for those who wish to join. It starts tomorrow (December 30th) and will finish on Valentine's Day. I figure six weeks is enough to get back "into the groove." :)

It's set up for weekly weigh-ins on Monday (or anytime between Thursday and Monday). You track your goals and progress on our collective google spreadsheet. We support each other throughout! Please be willing to commit to all six weeks. If interested, please join here:
