I just finished the New Rules of Lifting for Women programme!!!! Started June 30...My results: Weight stayed in the same 2-3 lbs range 3 inches off my waist 2.5 inches off my chest 1 inch off my hips One entire back fat role gone!!!!! I am really pleased with the results. You cannot measure the success of this program by analyzing your numbers. I am amazed at what my body can now do and how strong I have become and the confidence it gives me is immeasurable:)
