not to worry, i will be taking a week off whilst i go sun bathe, then likely a further week whilst i peel my burnt up skin, us northern folks don't get to see much sun you know.0

Hello Kisten and other 100 PU People
I have completed Week 1 Day 3 (Modified on kness at Level 1 )
Arm and upper body strength is my weakness...that is why I am here friends.
Sooo now I am thinking about what my reward will be...besides confidence when I reach 100!!
Does anyone have a reward in mind when they get to 100?

I am improving, but was unable to hit the 5th level target for each day. I will re-do week one next week and hopefully move on from there.
Maybe a 100 Push Ups t-shirt would be a good reward ... and a way to spread the news. I haven't mentioned this program to a single person who didn't think it was a great idea. (Now I wish I had thought of it myself!!)0 -
Sunday and I now have Week 1 Day 3 done!:bigsmile: Still modifieds!

My arms were the sorest the first two days I started. We'll see after this--yowzer!:noway:0 -
Just did my test. I can do 30 modified, but does that count? I will try full push ups in the morning before my run. You guys are doing great. keep it up!0

Just thought I would start the Week 2 Post with my accomplishment for Day 4
Level 1 - Sets:1 (4), 2 (4), 3 (3), 4 (3), and 5 (I maxed at 8 with good form!)
Done!! This was modified on my knees which I will reeval after Day 12.
I am committed to working up to doing 100 pushups even if I feel a little

I may repeat Day 3.....I hear allot of bones cracking on my way down....clearly I need to take my time and not push too hard.......does any one else here cracking in ther arms and shoulder blades?0 -
