Need friends/ Motivation

I've been going back and forth struggling with my weight and it's just time for a change. i am 18 years old and reached an ultimate low with myself and my weight… weighing at a SAD 245 i plan to eat healthier and exercise everyday… to lose about 85 pounds.. its not going to be easy but i know i can do it if i work hard enough and have support and motivation when i need it.
i plan to post weekly update pictures and log in everyday!

  • Hi! I know the struggle. I'm 19 years old and around 195 (it's been a while since I've weighed myself, but that's what it was last time) and I decided it's time for a change. My goal is around 150, and so far in almost a month, nothing has changed /: I guess it's time to kick it up a notch eh? I'm looking forward to your progression updates! ^^

  • I guess if you are wanting to lose some weight then you need to start with the kitchen and start planning out what you eat, :) it is working for me so far and good luck!
