New Years eve dress - HELP!

Options
Hi guys!

Tonight (I'm in Europe so I have 10 more hours left :) ) I have to fit in my very tight dress.

BUT my stomach feels so bloated today (not because of my period, and not because of fat, cause I don't have it...) and I need your advice what to do to make it flat again ASAP...

Any suggestions?

Thanks! and Happy New Year to everyone!

Corset, or full-torso/to the thigh corrective underwear. I wear a corset and corrective pantyhose under my dresses.

hehe, glad I amused you :)

the peppermint tea is an excellent idea too! And I always find planking helps when I'm bloated.

Avoid salt too. Water retention will make you bloat.

OK, no food for the rest of the day, herbal tea, as much exercise as you can fit in and STRONG underwear.
Or, wear a different dress

I did think about shaping underwear, but I really don't want to be all squeezed and without air whole night
I'll try to eat as little as possible, drink tea and do my workouts.

    Sounds like a plan :drinker:
    Thanks guys!

They aren't great to do alot, but water pills like Diurex. You have to drink LOTS of water with them! Gets rid of sodium retention! Also, add lemon juice/lemons to your water and like everyone said.... peppermint tea!

Lol, maybe I was just hoping there would be one other person out there like me in a tight dress with a little tummy poking out. We can't have ALL perfect body parts!
