Welcome to the mad house Its a great place to be whatever your needs weight loss or fitness etc. Get a good bunch of friends and be brave and post your diary to them be honest with yourself but accept bad days will happen, but just move on to the next day as the good days WILL out number the bad ones. I am returning after 2 years. I started back about 2 days ago. I wanted to say "Happy New Year." I also wanted to welcome all the new people. Please feel free to add me. Its an excellent program. Yep...2014! New goal for this year is to exercise "CONTROL"! Never have a problem getting in the exercise, but got to cut out the eating between meals. Especially the junk food! Let's do this!!!!0

Happy New Year! I have been a member since early 2013. I have lost weight and then gained 20 lbs more than the original weight I started with . So, here I am trying to lose weight again. Hope fully I can stay motivated track what I eat and exercise so I can lose a total of 60 pounds. I could sure use any tips or motivation. Thanks all for joining with me in the weight lose journey0
