I'm not new to MFP but I am new to the message board. I've been working on my weight loss journey for a few months now but my motivation hasn't been there like when I originally started. I definitely need to build a motivational circle as well! Happy New Years everyone!!0

Yep...2014! New goal for this year is to exercise "CONTROL"! Never have a problem getting in the exercise, but got to cut out the eating between meals. Especially the junk food! Let's do this!!!!0

Happy New Year! I have been a member since early 2013. I have lost weight and then gained 20 lbs more than the original weight I started with . So, here I am trying to lose weight again. Hope fully I can stay motivated track what I eat and exercise so I can lose a total of 60 pounds. I could sure use any tips or motivation. Thanks all for joining with me in the weight lose journey0
