Firstly I don't "observe" New Year's Day. Secondly, it follows that any such contact would be incidental. Thirdly there was no such conact.

    In short: no.
  • Deployed this year sooooo no :( next year with my wonderful husband and our little furball babies.

No, but I did snuggle up with my cat. I better get these clothes washed and throw the cat in the washer while I'm at it! (Kidding about throwing him in, too, relax!)

I had a fabulous night at a local hotel party, dancing and flirting with this gorgeous bloke. He has eyes you could melt into and is sooooo sexy. We talked in between dances, laughed soooo much. We held hands and slow danced, we held hands some more and danced to all the cheesy Abba stuff. He spent most of the night telling me how gorgeous and sexy I was, how he'd love to take me home.....so I let him.

He had had a fair bit to drink so I was the designated driver and when we got to the bedroom he was a little too worse for wear for any shenanigans but he did look deep into my eyes, wish me a Happy New Year and then thanked me for the 21 amazing years we have spent together so far.....then kissed me and went to sleep.

Sure do love that hubby of mine

It's not easy to find someone willing to kiss a pig, even a pig with nice teeth. :(

Yes! After years of being in a long distance relationship, this year has been very exciting for us. We're finally able to celebrated holidays together, in person :) And to make things better, he's working through his alcoholism - so this is the first time in our relationship that I didn't receive a drunken phone call at 12 am, but a kiss instead!
  • From my Princess. Hopefully I get the next five year's worth, too.

Nope. Been alone a long time now. Starting to like it. I'm good company for myself. But it bothers me that I like it. But obviously not enough yet to do something about it.
  • Yeah... and it was awkward.

I had to be at work so my kiss was about 9:45 when I was leaving the house for work. I still enjoyed it and if anything ever happened to me I want the last interaction with my wife to be a kiss.

This is precious to me!

Yes I had a midnight kiss.. ..it was wonderful, just the way it should be between a husband and a wife! :flowerforyou:

I was asleep at midnight, so I had a 2:30 am kiss, when my hubby left for work (which is why I was asleep at midnight!).
  • No, my boyfriend has mono :(
  • Nope..... single 8 years! :drinker:
not that that means I haven't kissed in 8 years, just nobody close enough to me to kiss on kissable holidays.
