day one is going well sorted that I am going to eat today and tomorrow as I am back to work then done 19 mins on the biggest loser for the xbox which is good for me has I have a bad back would love to get some mfp friends so please add me I have 3 to 4 stone to lose

Good luck in 2014... Never write off low impact exercise! It's how I lost the majority of my weight (here on MFP to make sure I don't go all the way back)0

Hi, I do low impact exercise as much as possible, I have found the use of a mini Trampet (Bouncer) really helpful to my Back and knees. Good luck for the new year.0
