On my way to my new adventure! I need to lose a total of 100lb I weigh 260 and am 46. I need this encouraging baby step challenge of 14 lb by Valentine day. Thank you for the already incredible support myfitnesspal gives. I am under the weather but that doesn't mean I cannot begin eating well, had my homemade shake, spinach, orange and 1/2 pear this AM, on my way and I will see my new friends 14lb less on February 14!!0

How do I join this group - I was planning to work towards Valentines Day for my goal - but would love to be doing it with other working towards the same goal.
Started following the calorie and exercise counter on myfitnesspal just before Xmas but decided to start back on 6 January once back to 'reality'.
