Yesterday (no work): vegan pumpkin pie pancakes with sugar & salt reduced, topped with Cary's SF syrup and a big dollop of whipped topping. Plain coffee with milk.

Today: breakfast taco (single fried egg on a small size flour tortilla with a splash of southwest chipotle dressing). Hazelnut coffee with unsweetened almond milk.

    Kashi GoLean Berry Crisp cereal
    A banana
    1 cup whole milk
    Chobani strawberry nonfat yogurt
24 oz of coffee (12 regular, 12 decaf)

Tomorrow it's a fried egg sandwich (2 pieces bacon, egg fried in the grease, cheddar cheese on an English muffin). I generally don't plan my breakfasts out a day in advance, but that is what I wanted today, except that I slept in and had to grab-and-go from my pantry.

A Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, same as every weekday. Preparing myself an actual meal and getting the kids out the door on time do not mix in our house.

I had the same thing I usually eat during the week: 1 Large Boiled Egg

I don't really like to eat breakfast but I find it helps keep me satisfied until lunch time.
