30mins for 30days Challenge...

Have started this challenge as a little boost for myself as pretty much completely stopped exercising since May time!! So about time I got back into the swing of things..

For 30 days, from today I will do a minimum of 30mins cardio everyday, for 30 days... It may not seem like much, but it is a start to get me into a good habit again :)

Day One ...... 20mins run, 10mins cross trainer (plus additional 40mins walk)
