    I just finished today's breakfast - hardwood smoked turkey sausage, 2 eggs and and egg white, all scrambled together. Was delish!!

    I am having steel cut oats and low sodium turkey bacon- my usual weekend bfast. a cup of Trop50 juice and coffee.

    I had a serving of pistachio granola (recipe is http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/pistachio-granola-10000000780372/, but I only used half the brown sugar and it turned out great!) with plain almond-based yogurt.
