What are you doing for your workouts??0

Dance arobics0

Are you stretching before and after workouts?
You could be doing it wrong or your body could be adjusting to the new workouts.
Get in more potassium and drink LOTS of water. Ballistic stretches before working out and ballistic/static stretches for at least 10 min after workouts. Then a hot shower.
You should feel better.0 -
with Dance aerobics it makes sense to me why your legs would be sore but not your head. Like the person above said-- water, stretching and potassium!0

I take pre natal viatamins I wonder if there is enough potassium in those vitamins, I recently had a baby and I do nurse her. I do start with stetching but only for a few mins. I have a few hundred lbs to loose I bet my body Is flippin out a bit. haha0

At my weight im able to to go for 30 mins its hard but I do it. now Im thinking if I add more stretching to it that will just add that much more to my exercise time which is good.0

It's hard to tell. You could have slept wrong and that's why your neck hurts. Your legs could be sore from the dance.0
