How often do you weigh in?

Been logging seriously since the end of october...I weigh in pretty much every day... as soon as I wake up before I eat or drink. Keeping this habit helps me to behave the day before, as I really DONT like a bad weigh in. If I feel like overeating, it I think of how pissed off I feel when the scales goes up, this keeps me in check. If the scales don't give me what I want, I often check my measurements, usually one of the two makes me happy.
If I keep my carbs under 100g I usually see a drop every day or every other day, even if its just 0.4lb... every little counts!0 -
Monday mornings with very little on. I used to weigh myself everyday and I started to get discouraged. Good luck0

I would like to weigh myself every Monday or Sunday Mornings but lately I have been finding myself weighing in every other day, and it sucks because that means the weight that is lost is very little. but still something!0

I weight myself once a month 3 days after my period. Because I noticed I often weighed 6lb heavier the week before my period was due but a few days after I could be upto 8lbs lighter so now i weigh myself then I get an accurate weight for me0

Once a week in the evening. Once a week so that the fluctuations of the scale don't matter as much. In the evening because that's when I work out.
People tend to weigh the least in the morning. If the number on the scale itself matters to you, weigh in the morning. If the downward (hopefully downward) trend matters to you, weigh whenever you want, but BE CONSISTENT.0 -
I've been weighing myself every morning after using the restroom to get my weight. By weighing myself every morning, I can keep better track of my weight.0

I weigh myself every morning, after the bathroom but before anything goes in my mouth.
I have an official weigh in once a week were I take my measurements and record them along with my weight.
I do it that was because I'm curious and that way only 1 number counts.0 -
I bought the fitbit Aria and weigh myself after I get home from work everyday. (that was my first weigh in time after I bought so I'm staying consistent).
It sends all my data to MFP so I don't have to do ****. Love it.0 -
I weigh in every day or every other day... not so much to track weigh loss but to track daily/weekly/monthly fluctuations since I tend to hold a lot of water at "certain" times of the month. As long as I know that it's due to that, I don't tend to freak if I see a higher number on the scale. I know others would say only once a week but this is what works for me.0

I weigh in every day. I log it every day too, but I have my newsfeed set up so that my friends don't have to see it every day. I love to review the graphed data. It helps me to see patterns over the months so I'm not surprised/frustrated by anything. I also find that it keeps me mindful of my goals. I don't get frustrated with the minor ups and and downs as long as the general trend is downward.0

I weigh in every morning sans clothing. I use a tracker called True Weight that takes every weight in and averages it out over the course of a week or so to tell you what your true weight is.0

2x a day - first thing in the morning and last thing at night, but I'm not obsessive about it; if I forget it's no big deal. It reminds me that there will be those daily/monthly fluctuations and I've found that it keeps me mindful so I tend to eat better and exercise more regularly.0

I am an "instant gratification" guy; therefore, I usually weighed myself several times per day. However, I only log my early morning results. I am using this info to establish a matrix for me. I have been doing this since October 23.
I do take measurements, too. These have only been monthly and now I will do them more frequently.0 -
Each morning after I get up at 5:30am, without getting hung up on gaining a few pounds one day.0

On wednesday and sundays !0

Hi, just a quick one - how often do you weigh in? Do you always do it at the same time of day, and if so what time?
Cheers
About once a month, generally first thing on a Sunday.0 -

Every day in the morning after bathroom but before shower and eating. However I only officially log my weight every 2 weeks. I just like to see how different things affect my weight.0

I'm a weigher freak, I'm a morning and night weigher, but I don't take nights seriously because I gain 2-3 pounds, but my night score gives me a good guess what my weight will be in the morning.0

I weigh in first thing in the morning after I've used the bathroom. I keep a daily log that I record my weight in every day but the only weights that I truly count is the weekly weight0
-
I weigh in every morning just after getting up. I note the weight in my phone. Then every Saturday morning I calculate my average weight for the week and record it "officially" -- i.e. on MFP. I try not to pay much attention to daily fluctuations but instead look at the longer term trends of my average weekly weight.0

I weigh daily. To see the reasons why, look at the chapter on "Signal and Noise" in John Walker, "The Hacker's Diet," available online free here: http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/e4/0

I weigh once a week, first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom.0
-
I weigh everyday to track my progress, but I "officially" weigh-in on Sundays from the challenge groups I belong to.0
-
I don't weight myself regulary, but keep it as a treat - once a couple of weeks have gone by I know the number will be less and I will be really happy, so I weight myself.
When I weight myself it is always naked, after coming out the shower.0
