motivation

Hi My name is Karen
I need to lose 30 lbs and I have lost my weight losing mojo I need help to stay positive and eat right and stop eating and drinking too much sugar:sad:

    What if you gave yourself a goal of two weeks to stick to some lifestyle changes you know you need to do for your health? Then after the 2 weeks, evaluate how you feel. I'll best you'll be motivated to continue because of weight lost and how much better you feel! That's what has kept me going. I just love how I feel and look as my healthier self. You are worth it!

    Congratulations on your weight loss! I too have lost about 30 pounds and got a little too cocky recently after everyone started telling me how great I looked. I really lost my motivation over the Holidays. I need to start setting goals to get back on track- one meal at a time, then one day at a time. Starting with consistent tracking.
