30 Miles in January

Hello all. I did (okay....attempted) to do 50 miles in December. I tried pretty hard and came in right under 30 so thought I'd try something a little more attainable. I run a couple times a week (2-4 miles) and do some walking too, but lift and take a yoga-pilates class too so can't log a whole lot of miles each week if I want to keep it all up. 30 miles for me is somewhat of a challenge, but a reachable one. So join me! Oh yeah....you can get one of those tickers, but I've never been able to get them to work easily, so I just keep a listing.

I will join in on your challenge. I am having surgery on my wrist next Wednesday and the Doc put me on limitations for my cardio, but said walking/jogging would be fine.0
