    I was told better about 30 min after you eat..but really i dont think it matters as much as not doing it to much close tpo your bedtime ...Hope this helps"P

    You mentioned in another topic that you have been competing and training for years ? So I guess you should know this already as with most fitness related question,the answer is it depends
    I've done both but just want to see what other people are doing and what they like best.

    I prefer to lift fasted, but that's just me.
