3.5 down, 46.5 to go. (I'm doing my miles on elliptical due to plantar fasciitis). Got my 5K time down to 43:55. Goal is to get it down below 43 by the end of January. Go, everyone!0

I did 2.5 miles on the first and then the weather turned bad and I really need some motivation to get to the gym (which I hate) to log some more miles. Coming here and seeing everyone's posts are helping.0
