Hello:)
I wander if I cut my calories only from working out, will I still be losing weight ?
lets say my bmr is 1400 kcal and I consumed 1600 kcan(healthy food of course)
but spending two hour at the gym and burning daily at the gym 1000 kcal
will I still lose weight ?or do I have to combine between cutting calories from food and exercise ?
Thanks.

Yes... but it's much more effective and efficient to cut calories.0

Agreed with above. You will burn out doing this everyday. However, for someone like me who has been maintaining for years, if I know I'm gonna have a big night out, I'll work out extra hard that day. Once in a while this works just fine. I couldn't keep up 2 hour a day workouts though, that's insane.0
